Shipping
We currently ship with the US Postal Service and UPS.
We do not ship products on Saturday, Sunday or on postal holidays.
All orders received Monday through Thursday before 3pm US Eastern Time are shipped same day. All orders received before 12pm on Friday are shipped same day.
UPS tracking info will be sent to the email you provide us. The United States Postal Service does not provide tracking information. Please call 800-278-4002 if you have an issue with a USPS shipment.
Returns
Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMA) must be acquired within 21 days of the invoice date. Materials that have been cut, trimmed, altered from their original form, or incorrectly used may not be returned.
Products will only be accepted for exchange or return in original condition.
All returns must include the original packing slip. You must also write your RMA number on the box and mailing label.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will not be refunded for any shipping costs. |
